COVID-19: What measures apply to entering the country?
As of April 7, those entering the country (both residents and visitors) will no longer be required to take the PCR test.
Argentines, and those residing in the country, must:
- Complete the Affidavit at least 48 hours before the trip.
Those who enter the country for a period of less than 24 hours will be exempted. and do it by land.
Non-resident foreigners must:
- Complete the Affidavit at least 48 hours before the trip.
- Submit COVID-19 health insurance (Coverage for hospitalization, isolation and/or medical transfer services).

Is it possible to have a COVID-19 test at the airport?
ON JULY 31, OPERATIONS ENDS AT BOTH AIRPORTS. The Stamboulian Health Center, in charge of the tests both at the Ministro Pistarini International Airport and at the Jorge Newbery Airport, completed the service at the airports. To carry out COVID-19 tests, you can go to one of its centers, with a prior shift managed online or by phone at 011 2206-6000. For more details and current rates  CLICK HERE
What is the cheapest way to get to Palermo or downtown Buenos Aires?
The urban bus is the budget option of transportation to reach or leave the Jorge Newbery Metropolitan Airport. Bus lines 160 and 37 run to Plaza Italia (Palermo district) and Lanus among other destinations. Bus lines 45 and 33 run to Retiro, Microcentro (downtown), La Boca, among other areas. Where to wait for Uber or Cabify?
Passengers must wait for the Cabify at the exit of the South Parking Lot (near the arrival of all domestic flights) or at the exit of the main door of the International Terminal. In the case of Uber, due to problems with taxis, you may be limited to ordering inside the airport. In that case, you can simply leave the terminal towards Avenida and walk about 100 meters and make the request or coordinate it with the driver through the app. For more information CLICK HERE
Is it possible to get a SIM card at the airport?
Yes, at newspaper and magazine kiosks, by Movistar, Claro or Personal companies.
How to get from Aeroparque to Ezeiza Airport?
The company Manuel Tienda León, has a shuttle bus service that departs from Aeroparque to Ezeiza airport. The first leaves at 00:30, the next at 1:10 am and then at 6:30 am. From there it leaves every 30 minutes until midnight. The duration of the journey depending on the schedule can range between 50 and 80 minutes. More information here
Is it open 24 hours?
Jorge Newbery Metropolitan Airport is open 24 hours a day. Some cafes are open at night, such as Havanna Café and Starbucks, as well as Mc Donald’s and the 25-hour Open convenience store.
How to process the passport Express?
The Jorge Newbery Metropolitan Airport has the Passport Express service. You can process it instantly and in just 2 hours you will have your passport. The procedure is carried out with the Argentine DNI in the office of the National Registry of Persons located in terminal A, where all operations are concentrated at the moment, between the Aerolineas Argentinas sales office and Health
How long does it take:  The paperwork process takes 15 minutes. With this instant modality, the delivery will be in 2/6 hours. The issue is subject to verification of documentation and approval of external controls.
Hours:  Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The cost of the procedure is 25,000 pesos- (4,000 pesos passport fee + 21,000 pesos additional fee for processing immediate resolution passports). You can only pay by card.
What to do in case of loss of valuables or luggage?
In case of loss of documentation or belongings within the terminal building or in parking areas, you should contact the Airport Security Police (PSA) for the Lost and Found Area, Office in Sector C, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1pm. Tel (+54 11) 4514-1621 – uoaer@psa.gov.ar – tel (+54 11) 4514-1541 – *777. If your baggage or personal belongings were lost during the trip, you should contact your airline.
Is there a luggage storage service?
At this time the Aeroparque does not have luggage storage service. Alternatively, Luggage Storage BA provides baggage care services. Its warehouse is located in the Palermo district, near the airport, and provides a shuttle service.
How much does it cost to park at the airport
The parking lot has both covered and open-air parking spaces. Spaces are subject to availability. Reservations are not available. See rates and more details
Are there banking services in Aeroparque?
There are Hsbc ATMs on the top floor of the public area and a Banco Nacion branch on the ground floor, public hall, domestic boarding area.
Are there pharmacies?
In the Public hall there is a Farmacity open daily from 7am to 11pm.
