The city bus (locally known as 'colectivo') is the most economical means of transport to and from Aeroparque Jorge Newbery. For Uber, you may not be able to book a vehicle from inside the airport. You can inquire about this service, provided by companies like Movistar, Claro, and Personal, at the newsstands located in the check-in area on the ground floor and in the public and pre-boarding areas on the upper floor. The company Manuel Tienda León offers an express bus service connecting both airports. The first bus departs from Aeroparque at 7:15 am, with subsequent departures every 45 minutes until 11:00 pm. If you are about to travel and your passport is not up to date, you can complete the necessary procedures at Aeroparque Jorge Newbery at the Instant Passport counters. The service is located on the ground floor of the main hall, next to the check-in area.

If you lose documents or belongings inside the terminal building or in the parking areas, you should contact the Airport Security Police (PSA) at the lost and found office, located on the ground floor, opposite the VIP lounge. It is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm.
